Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and manage a team of over 20 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
    • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
    • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the restaurant's budget, ensuring that we meet our financial targets and goals.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and reduce costs.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for employees and customers.
    • Develop and implement processes to improve health and safety, reducing the risk of accidents and injuries.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
    • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

The Restaurant Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities. The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The manager will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a physically demanding environment.
