About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Anabee Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk. A combination of sitting, standing, and walking is also required.
