Position Overview

The Healthcare Sales Consultant is tasked with developing and maintaining relationships with influential stakeholders to facilitate future business ventures. This role is designed to enhance profitability and expand current accounts by advocating for ICU Medical products while also exploring new market opportunities. Furthermore, the Healthcare Sales Consultant provides limited post-sales support to ensure successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets for ICU Infusion Therapy, Oncology, and Specialty product lines
  • Exhibit exceptional presentation skills and possess comprehensive technical knowledge of the ICU product range, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
  • Analyze competitors' offerings to effectively differentiate ICU Medical's products, acting as a clinical resource for healthcare professionals
  • Gain familiarity with the assigned territory, customer demographics, contractual agreements, and distribution strategies
  • Facilitate product trials and oversee implementations
  • Remain informed about market trends and actively participate in local healthcare associations
  • Work collaboratively with management to meet organizational objectives
  • Engage in special projects and be available for occasional weekend or evening commitments

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, ideally in the medical device sector
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and fostering customer relationships
  • Compliance with credentialing standards, including COVID-19 vaccination

Work Environment

  • This is a field-based position that involves a mix of remote work and client interactions
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended durations is required
  • A valid driver's license is necessary, along with adherence to the Authorized Driver Policy
  • Frequent travel is expected
  • This remote position is available to candidates in various states, excluding specific locations
