  • Develop and cultivate accounts within On-Premise sectors such as Dining Establishments, Quick Service Restaurants, Hospitality, Travel, and beyond.
  • Boost sales and brand recognition by broadening product distribution and executing nationwide initiatives.
  • Collaborate with distribution partners to stimulate consumption and foster growth.
Role Responsibilities
  • Champion the Red Bull On-Premise Ethos: Foster Connections
  • Act as a Red Bull Brand Advocate, nurturing relationships with key influencers and partners.
  • Territory Oversight
  • Take ownership of your territory to enhance Red Bull consumption by increasing product presence and establishing new accounts.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive annual business strategy for your territory.
  • Market Innovator
  • Lead sales and marketing initiatives, understand your market landscape, and pinpoint new growth opportunities.
  • Deliver the Red Bull Experience
  • Ensure optimal service, visibility, menu inclusion, consumption activation, and staff engagement.
  • Essential Business Advisor
  • Fortify relationships with clients and forge new partnerships. Employ creative thinking to maintain Red Bull's market leadership.
  • Asset Management
  • Monitor and showcase point-of-sale materials effectively, plan territorial POS forecasts, and maximize sales during client visits.
Candidate Qualifications
  • Established connections within the industry or the capability to build them swiftly.
  • Proven experience in sales with a strong passion for the On-Premise channel.
  • Demonstrated work ethic, business insight, and a solutions-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Post-secondary education in Sales and Marketing is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
