Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Capgemini. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in delivering strategic and tactical HR services and programs to our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Organizational Development: Collaborate with leaders to drive organizational performance and efficiency, advising on key changes and initiatives.
- Talent & Performance Management: Provide guidance on performance-related issues, including talent development, succession planning, and performance improvement.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and drive upskilling programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Recruiting: Participate in interview processes for key hires and provide support for talent acquisition.
- Employee Relations: Work with ER partners to deliver ER services, identify proactive programs, and lead dispute resolution processes.
- Compensation & Benefits: Support compensation and benefits programs, including planning and salary surveys.
- HR Metrics: Track and report vital data to line management, recommending programs for improvement.
