About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Mississauga. This role will provide strategic support to our Go-to-Market and Supply Chain teams, focusing on talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute HR strategies to drive business results and improve employee engagement
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on leadership development, employee relations, and labour relations
  • Support collective bargaining negotiations, labour management meetings, and grievance procedures
  • Consult with managers to assess resourcing requirements and develop staffing plans
  • Support the execution of health and safety initiatives and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources
  • 2-3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
  • Strong leadership skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in HR systems, including Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS
