About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Aspireus Business Services Inc. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Office Operations
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Policy and Procedure Administration
    • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Establish and maintain effective communication with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
    • Coordinate and plan for office events and meetings.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Experience is an asset.
  • Language
    • Work Language: English.
  • Work Term
    • Permanent.
  • Hours
    • 40 hours per week.
