Job Summary

HOTEL VICTORIA LTD is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Procedures: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Work Priorities: Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Services: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Office Administration: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
