About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Black Bear Carpet Cleaning Ltd. as an Office Coordinator. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
    • Develop and implement office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operations.
  • Communication
    • Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
    • Prepare and send correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Organizational Skills
    • Manage and maintain accurate records, including employee files, inventory, and other administrative documents.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and other events as needed.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Familiarity with QuickBooks and other accounting software.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    Requirements
    • 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
    • Post-secondary education in a related field.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Reliable and punctual.
