As Assistant Vice-President for the Brokers/Advisors team, you will play a pivotal role in a collaborative environment focused on delivering seamless services and programs to clients and customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to foster partnership growth and long-term sustainability
  • Lead and mentor a team of Sales Directors to achieve targets, support relationship management, and promote a culture of excellence and accountability
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning
  • Provide expert product and market knowledge to Sales Directors and collaborate with other teams for mutual success
  • Establish strong relationships with key brokers/advisors for business planning and development
  • Represent the company at industry events to showcase partnership capabilities
  • Apply effective change management principles for organizational and sales division changes

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in Complex/Specialty Sales with 2 years in senior leadership roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Demonstrated ability in managing and growing strategic partnerships
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, distribution channels, and market dynamics
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce CRM
