  • Foster a client-centric culture to strengthen relationships and utilize the Bank's extensive expertise and systems.
  • Drive the profitable expansion of commercial credit operations:
    • Ensure prompt analysis, structuring, and presentation of credit/financial solutions proposals within the designated segment;
    • Deliver timely and sound recommendations during the analysis and adjudication of credit proposals;
    • Facilitate clear communication of decision rationales to Senior Directors in Business Relationships and Business Services for effective client engagement;
    • Authorize or suggest loan pricing and credit-related fees to secure a risk-appropriate return, taking into account profitability, administration, and competitive aspects;
    • Advise on additional terms, conditions, and clauses to present a viable banking proposal to clients while adhering to sound credit practices;
    • Revise marginal proposals to transform them into viable banking operations where feasible;
    • Offer guidance, coaching, and support to customer relationship managers to better fulfill client requirements;
    • Coordinate with the business services center for execution (including documentation, third-party liaison, title registration) and all service-related activities;
    • Collaborate with client portfolio management for compliance oversight and necessary reporting actions.
