Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at 11497235 Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure efficient hotel operations
    • Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to maximize productivity
    • Supervise and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
  • Guest Services
    • Assist guests with special needs and ensure their satisfaction
    • Coordinate and assign work to staff to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery
  • Operations and Maintenance
    • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery
    • Arrange for repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
    • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit reports on hotel operations and performance
    • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
