Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Assistant Manager to join our team at Highland Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures
Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily hotel operations, ensuring that they are aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
Staff ManagementRecruit, hire, and supervise a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our guests.
Performance ReviewsConduct regular performance reviews with staff members, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance.
NegotiationsNegotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for our hotel, and negotiate with clients to ensure that our facilities are used to their full potential.
Front Desk DutiesPerform front desk duties, including checking in and out guests, handling guest complaints, and responding to guest inquiries.
Financial ManagementPrepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring that our hotel is operating within budget and that we are making a profit.
Guest ServicesAssist guests with special needs, including providing wheelchair accessibility and other accommodations as required.
Work EnvironmentEnsure that our hotel is a non-smoking environment, and that our staff members are aware of and adhere to this policy.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a hotel management role.
LanguageEnglish language proficiency.
Work Hours30 to 40 hours per week.
