Front Desk DutiesPerform front desk duties, including checking in and out guests, handling customer complaints, and responding to guest inquiries.
Financial ManagementPrepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring that our hotel is operating within budget and that we are meeting our financial goals.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a hotel management role
