About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Chef Reza Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
    • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies
  • Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff
    • Provide guidance and training to ensure excellent food preparation and presentation
  • Food Safety and Quality Control
    • Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and sanitary environment
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that food meets our high standards
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure that all ingredients and supplies are ordered and received in a timely manner
  • Cost Control
    • Monitor and control food costs to ensure that they are within budget
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced kitchen environment
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Knowledge of food safety and quality control procedures
