Job Summary

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our culinary team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs and preferences of our customers
    • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies
  • Culinary Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results
    • Provide training and guidance to ensure staff are equipped to perform their duties
  • Kitchen Operations
    • Ensure the kitchen is clean, safe, and well-organized at all times
    • Implement and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels and ordering to minimize waste and optimize resources
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction through the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Skills
    • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Working Conditions

The Executive Chef will work in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment, with regular exposure to heat, noise, and physical demands. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
