Job Overview

Addmore Group is seeking a proficient SAP OTC Test Consultant for a hybrid role focused on enhancing our client's SAP Implementation project.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in both French and English and reside in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

This position involves contributing to the Order to Cash (OTC) segment, specifically in data management and testing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and clarify project requirements, including solution design and business process documentation to comprehend the implemented functionalities.
  • Collaborate with the workstream lead and testing lead to formulate comprehensive test cases.
  • Engage with team members to develop and execute test plans, scripts, and scenarios.
  • Present and discuss test cases with business stakeholders and the testing team, including data setup requirements for testing.
  • Determine test scope utilizing risk-based testing methodologies.
  • Document and monitor issues and defects until resolution.
  • Provide estimates for testing efforts.
  • Assist in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support during release phases.
  • Lead testing meetings, summarize outcomes, report issues/defects, maintain metrics, and offer go/no-go recommendations.
  • Create test data as required for testing purposes.
  • Conduct SAP testing according to assigned test cases throughout various project test cycles.
  • Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Support business users during User Acceptance Testing and the post-implementation hyper care phase as necessary.
Qualifications & Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in SAP Quality Assurance Testing.
  • A minimum of 2 SAP Implementation or Support experiences in the Order to Cash (OTC) area.
  • Familiarity with HP ALM or similar Test Suite tools.
  • Strong background in Agile methodologies.
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with a positive attitude.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential.
