Your Responsibilities

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Project Management Assistant

Location: Remote

What You Will Do:

  • Support the Project Manager in the Sales to Delivery transition process.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards.
  • Contribute to project coordination, planning, and management activities.
  • Help monitor and control project tasks.
  • Assist in revenue forecasting for projects.
  • Participate in Resource Management processes, including creating and tracking resource requests.
  • Support financial planning and management by capturing project team timesheets, expenses, costs, and invoices.
  • Assist in organizing RAID meetings, including documentation and minutes.
  • Help manage and document project deliverable reviews and sessions.
  • Support the Project Manager in preparing content for Project Sponsors and Review Boards.
  • Assist with project escalations and tracking key project documents.
  • Participate in project meetings and reviews.
  • Contribute to capturing lessons learned.
  • Collaborate with consultants and project managers to ensure accurate project reporting.
  • Capture and communicate project metrics to relevant teams.
  • Assist in delivery team metrics and scheduling.

Your Profile

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in multicultural teams is a plus.
  • Prior experience in team leadership or project management is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
  • Excellent teamwork abilities.
