About the SAP Internship Experience Program

Your responsibilities

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Project Management Assistant

Location: Remote

Support the Project Manager in the Sales to Delivery transition process.Assist in ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.Contribute to project coordination, planning, and oversight.Help monitor and control project activities.Assist in forecasting project revenue.Participate in Resource Management processes, including creating and tracking resource requests.Support the collection and documentation of inputs for financial planning and management, including project team timesheets, expenses, costs, and invoices.Assist in organizing RAID Meetings, including documentation, invitations, and minutes.Help manage and document project deliverable reviews and sessions.Assist in recording minutes for reviews and related project approvals.Support the Project Manager in engagements with Project Sponsors and Review Boards, including content development and meeting minutes.Assist with project escalations.Help manage and track essential project documents and deliverables, participating in project meetings and reviews.Assist in capturing Lessons Learned.Collaborate with consultants and project managers to ensure accurate project reporting.Capture project metrics and communicate them effectively to relevant SAP or Customer team members.Assist in scheduling and tracking delivery team metrics.

Strong interpersonal skills.Experience in multicultural teams is a plus.Prior experience in team leadership or project management is advantageous.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel).Fluency in English and French is essential.Excellent teamwork abilities.
