SAP SD Order to Cash Lead Opportunity

High Cliff Partners Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP SD Order to Cash Lead to join our project. This is a remote role with occasional travel required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Order to Cash (OTC) process within the SAP SD module, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of all related functions.
  • Manage key components of the SAP SD/OTC processes, including Pricing, Rebates, Sales Orders, Returns, Credit and Debit, Billing and Outputs, and Variant Configuration (VC).
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to optimize the OTC process.
  • Ensure the system configuration and enhancements align with business needs and compliance requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of SAP SD/OTC professionals, providing guidance and support in project execution and problem resolution.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, status reports, and documentation to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to ensure end-users are proficient in using the SAP SD/OTC functionalities.
  • Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience with SAP SD/OTC, with deep knowledge of Pricing, Rebates, Sales Orders, Returns, Credit and Debit, Billing and Outputs, and Variant Configuration (VC).
  • Industry experience in the Forestry/Pulp & Paper industry is preferred; alternatively, experience in industries with highly customizable products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
