Position Overview

Addmore Group is seeking a proficient SAP OTC Test Consultant for a hybrid role focused on enhancing our client's SAP Implementation project.

The ideal candidate must be bilingual in French and English and possess a strong understanding of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) dynamics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and clarify project requirements, including solution design and business process documentation to grasp the functionalities being implemented.
  • Collaborate with the workstream lead and testing lead to create comprehensive test cases.
  • Engage with team members to develop and execute test plans, scripts, and scenarios.
  • Present and review test cases with business stakeholders and the testing team, including data setup needs for testing.
  • Determine test scope utilizing risk-based testing methodologies.
  • Document and monitor issues and defects until resolution.
  • Provide estimates for testing efforts.
  • Assist in various testing phases including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support during release phases.
  • Facilitate testing meetings, summarize outcomes, report issues/defects, maintain metrics, and offer go/no-go recommendations.
  • Generate necessary test data for testing purposes.
  • Conduct SAP testing according to assigned test cases throughout the project’s testing cycles.
  • Collaborate with business, functional, and other team members.
  • Support business users during User Acceptance Testing and the post-implementation hyper-care phase as required.
Qualifications & Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in SAP Quality Assurance Testing.
  • Minimum of 2 SAP Implementation or Support experiences specifically in SAP Order to Cash.
  • Familiarity with HP ALM or similar Test Suite tools.
  • Strong background in Agile methodologies.
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong team player with a self-motivated and positive attitude.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential.
