Your Responsibilities

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Project Management Assistant

Location: Remote

Support the Project Manager in the Sales to Delivery transition.Assist in ensuring compliance with project standards and requirements.Help coordinate, plan, and manage project activities.Contribute to monitoring and controlling project progress.Assist in forecasting project revenue.Participate in Resource Management processes, including creating and tracking resource requests.Support financial planning by capturing and recording project-related inputs, including timesheets and expenses.Assist in organizing RAID meetings, including documentation and minutes.Help manage and document project deliverable reviews and approval sessions.Assist the Project Manager with project sponsors and review boards, including content development and meeting documentation.Support project escalations as needed.Help manage and track essential project documents and deliverables, participating in regular project meetings.Assist in capturing lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate with consultants and project managers to ensure accurate project reporting.Capture and communicate project metrics to relevant stakeholders.Assist in scheduling and tracking delivery team metrics.

Strong interpersonal skills.Experience in multicultural teams is a plus.Prior experience in team leadership or project management is advantageous.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Fluency in English and French is required.Excellent teamwork abilities.
