About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Order to Cash Lead to join our team at High Cliff Partners Inc. as a key member of our project team. This is a 3-month initial contract with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Order to Cash Process: Ensure efficient and accurate handling of all related functions within the SAP SD module.
  • Process Expertise: Manage key components of the SAP SD/OTC processes, including Pricing, Rebates, Sales Orders, Returns, Credit and Debit, Billing and Outputs, and Variant Configuration (VC).
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to optimize the OTC process.
  • System Configuration: Ensure the system configuration and enhancements align with business needs and compliance requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of SAP SD/OTC professionals, providing guidance and support in project execution and problem resolution.
  • Communication: Prepare and deliver presentations, status reports, and documentation to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Training and Knowledge Transfer: Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to ensure end-users are proficient in using the SAP SD/OTC functionalities.
  • Integration and Upgrades: Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
  • Project Planning: Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Requirements
  • Language: Bilingual in French and English is preferred, but all strong candidates will be considered.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
