Your Mission at GardaWorld

Develop strategic partnerships both internally and externally with suppliers and clients. Create profitable business models and ensure alignment with the company's strategic planning for new business opportunities in Cash Automation. Stay abreast of emerging product developments and market analysis tools (e.g., Design Thinking, BMG, TAM-SAM-SOM).

Your Responsibilities
  • Analyze the value chain within target markets to identify potential solutions.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and develop innovative solutions through direct engagement (Fact-Finding Process).
  • Identify existing Cash Automation solutions from GardaWorld's global business units that can be implemented in Canada, adding value for customers.
  • Cultivate relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive Business Plans for new opportunities and solutions, utilizing best practices and methodologies.
  • Monitor the implementation of new solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and meet expectations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team by providing market research, data analysis from client Fact-Finding processes (consultative sales), and marketing A/B testing support.
  • Prepare compelling Fact-Finding presentations, proposals, and ROI analyses (consultative sales approach).
  • Maintain constant communication and alignment with commercial and operational teams to stay informed about their specific areas of expertise. Support client pipeline activities and reporting.
  • Participate in team meetings and client discussions. Collaborate with various departments within the company, including Legal, Finance, and Operations.
  • Contribute to the budget preparation for solutions under your responsibility or those being developed.
