Job Title: IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team at the Children's Aid Society of Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and providing technical support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to staff members via phone, email, and in-person assistance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software issues.
  • Install and configure new software and hardware.
  • Document and track all technical support activities.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or university degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT support.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Competitive salary range $50,766 - $64,984 or $58,489 - $78,072, commensurate with education and experience.
