Senior Vice President, Transportation Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to lead our logistics operations and drive business growth at All Directions Transport.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of 11-15 professionals to achieve strategic objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to enhance our competitive edge and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company in negotiations and official functions to build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure a strong leadership pipeline.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as business administration, logistics, or transportation management.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior executive role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to various stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal awareness and team player skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proven expertise in logistics operations, transportation management, and supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
