In this role, you'll have the opportunity to thrive on helping others and finding solid solutions to whatever comes up as you assist customers and drivers to ensure deliveries are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers and drivers
  • Work with a variety of people in-person, by phone, and emails to wow them with your communication skills
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment and be organized to ensure all packages are accounted for and dealt with
  • Quickly adapt to new systems and technologies to stay ahead of the curve
  • Manage different types of situations with ease and poise
