Customer Service Representative Job Description

At Circle K, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and parking lot
  • Assist customers with purchases and provide product recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
