QUALIFICATIONS: Education, Training, and Experience

An educational background equivalent to a Master's Degree, combined with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience at a senior level in a complex public or private sector setting, particularly in Project Management. A background in healthcare is advantageous.

Skills and Abilities
  • Proven track record of successful project management and the completion of a major project within the past three years.
  • In-depth understanding of project management and change management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in system planning and implementation.
  • Demonstrated capability to monitor, coordinate, and integrate external factors impacting project strategies.
  • Ability to draft, analyze, and refine project documentation, including plans, proposals, Service Level Agreements, and MOUs for precision and coherence.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce or revise high-quality business documents (e.g., project charters, comprehensive project plans, risk management strategies, communication frameworks, progress reports, and project closure documentation).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of leading a diverse project team and engaging effectively with senior management.
  • Excellent presentation, interviewing, facilitation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Physical capability to perform the responsibilities associated with this role.
