We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team at Townhall Pubic House in Maple Ridge.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and development for the team
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new hires
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with all employees
  • Promote and uphold company culture and service standards
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant and ensure financial, payroll, and administrative duties are completed
  • Control operational costs and identify areas of improvement to improve profitability
Working Conditions:
  • Hours and shifts may vary
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
The Perks:
  • Salary to include $12,000-$17,000 in tips, bonuses available, based on targets achieved

Serving It Right Certification * Minimum 2 years experience working as a General Manager in a restaurant setting, pub experience considered an asset * Flexible availability, able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
