Job Summary

The Wonderful Company is seeking a highly skilled Process Lead - Quality and Environmental Initiatives to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing process, you will be responsible for supporting organizational quality and environmental initiatives across the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of quality systems and standards to mitigate risks and ensure product quality.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality and environmental challenges.
  • Focus on product quality and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard work instructions.
  • Support operational performance management processes and encourage cross-functional capabilities.
  • Develop and implement lean sigma initiatives to improve process efficiency.

Requirements

  • Tertiary education in a science or engineering-related discipline.
  • Experience in development and implementation of quality systems.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Lean sigma awareness and proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Root cause analysis skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Competent in applying WOW tools.
  • Demonstrated capacity for identification and resolution of production quality and GMP challenges.
  • Lean Sigma qualification.
