Role Overview

Enhance the efficiency of all machinery across production lines, ensuring optimal balance and performance. Drive Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), manage line waste, facilitate SMED meetings to achieve improvement goals, and support operational teams to maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Oversee all production startups and SKU transitions. Evaluate production data to uncover areas for enhancement. Boost line productivity through immediate troubleshooting and collaboration with team leaders and shift technicians. Develop and oversee relevant Autonomous Maintenance (AM) programs for all line components. Ensure accurate data entry by team leaders into the Enterprise Information Tool (EIT). Initiate cleaning of AM and changeover carts, ensuring all replaced parts are in optimal working condition.

Required Qualifications

Completion of Form 6 education. Trade Diploma in manufacturing or 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within manufacturing or operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Significant experience in bottling or processing environments. Proficiency in Lean problem-solving methodologies.

Additional Position Information:

Willingness to work extended hours and/or alternate shifts as required.
