Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Operations Lead to join our team at NWVL. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for optimizing the performance of our manufacturing lines, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize Line Performance: Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements, including the use of Lean problem-solving tools, to drive business results.
  • Manage Startups and Changeovers: Ensure smooth transitions between production runs, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
  • Analyze Production Results: Review production data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Implement AM Programs: Develop and implement Asset Maintenance (AM) programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  • Lead Team Leaders: Provide guidance and support to team leaders, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
Requirements
  • Education: Form 6 level education or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role, with a strong background in process optimization and improvement.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience: 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role, with a strong background in process optimization and improvement.
  • Lean Certification: Certification in Lean principles and practices, with experience in implementing Lean initiatives.
