The Wonderful Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Lead to oversee the production performance of our designated Line. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage production performance, including volume, quality, and system/process adherence.
- Lead and manage a team of direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Monitor and analyze production results to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead health and safety initiatives to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Form 6 level education.
- Trade Diploma in manufacturing or 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing/operations leadership.
- Extensive experience in bottling or other processing environments.
- Competency in using Lean problem-solving tools.
