The Wonderful Company is seeking a highly skilled Process Lead - Quality and Environmental Initiatives to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting organizational quality and environmental initiatives across our site.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of quality systems and standards to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality and environmental issues.
- Focus on product quality and ensure adherence to standard work instructions and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Support operational performance management processes and encourage cross-functional capabilities.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve quality and environmental performance.
Requirements
- Tertiary education in a science or engineering-related discipline.
- Experience in development and implementation of quality systems.
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Lean sigma awareness and proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Root cause analysis skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Competency in applying WOW tools.
- Demonstrated capacity for identification and resolution of production quality and GMP challenges.
- Lean Sigma qualification.
