Job Summary
The Team Lead will be responsible for driving line efficiency targets, maximizing value-added time, and ensuring standard work processes. This role will also involve supporting performance management, developing high-performing work teams, and promoting organizational quality and environmental initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of line efficiency targets, through immediate problem response and resolution with team and supervisor.
- Drives OEE performance by maximizing value-added time, ensuring standard work processes (all tasks).
- Supports performance management process (performance boards, updates & discussions).
- Developing high-performing work teams, covering absenteeism, rotating in for training activities and encouraging cross-functional capabilities.
- Support organizational quality and environmental initiatives across the site.
- Administrative responsibilities for team (paperwork, discussions with Supervisor).
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Successful completion of Form 6.
- Trade Certificate in relevant field.
- 3 years in manufacturing/operations leadership role.
Preferred Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
- Experience in bottling or other processing environment.
- Knowledge of Lean problem-solving tools.

We are looking for a team player who is able to work shift work with a shift pattern that includes nights, afternoons, and weekends. You will need to have good work ethics, self-motivation, proven problem-solving capacity, and sufficient experience in manufacturing. You will also need to be able to meet the fast pace of the nature of business demands with a 'can-do' approach and be committed to delivering outputs within timelines.
