Key Responsibilities
  • Program Support
    • Assist with the coordination of seminars, conferences, and other events related to immigration and education.
    • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders.
    • Provide administrative support for our immigration programs, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Client Services
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing client inquiries.
    • Assist clients with their immigration needs, including providing information and resources.
  • Community Outreach
    • Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote our immigration programs and services.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
    • Assist with the maintenance of our database and other administrative systems.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
