About SEDOLI Holdings:We are a leading company in the industry, seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
Salary:The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description:In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, including arranging seminars, conferences, and meetings. You will also record and prepare minutes of these events, as well as determine and establish office procedures and routines.
You will schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and messages, and respond to electronic enquiries. Additionally, you will compile data, statistics, and other information, and order office supplies while maintaining inventory.
You will set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents using MS Office software.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office software
