Compensation and Incentives Strategist

Job Title: Sales Compensation and Incentives Specialist
Job Summary:
The Sales Compensation and Incentives Specialist will play a crucial role in driving sales behaviors related to all relevant product offerings. This position will be responsible for measuring and communicating sales results, as well as developing employees' skills and abilities to achieve optimal performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain Incentive Programs: Design and implement incentive programs that drive sales behaviors and motivate employees to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to foster a culture of incentives and lead generation, ensuring that all products are effectively promoted.
- Manage Charged-up Platform: Liaise with the Sales Support Sales Effectiveness Lead to ensure seamless back-office operations of the Charged-up platform, including web platform support, training, and password resets.
- Deliver Training and Support: Provide detailed training to support field staff and execute to the highest level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that all employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Manage Program Vendors and Budget: Manage program vendors, web platform modifications, merchandising redemption, and maintain escrow accounts, ensuring that all financial transactions are processed on schedule.
- Calculate and Manage Commission and Contractor Spiff Programs: Process EMC compensation invoices, DSM/GM invoices, and contractor spiff invoices, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and timely.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Performance: Proven performance in a sales capacity, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of the HVAC industry, including its products, services, and market trends.
- Leadership and Motivation: Ability to motivate and focus staff to meet or exceed targets, with a strong understanding of leadership principles and practices.
- Education and Skills: Post-secondary education or equivalent, with a strong foundation in technical and computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Organizational and Analytical Skills: Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Customer Service: Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service, with a strong understanding of company policies and procedures.
