  • Conduct compensation benchmarking, salary structure assessments, and lead pay equity initiatives for the organization.
  • In collaboration with the Compensation & Rewards Specialist, oversee the annual salary review processes.
  • Maintain the job architecture design and strategy, ensuring integration with pay bands, HRIS, and compensation management systems.

  • Build and nurture positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist the Head of Total Rewards in managing executive compensation programs.
  • Utilize reward tools to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, and Total Rewards.
  • Preferred professional designation, such as CCP or equivalent.
  • Experience in managing and scaling effective Total Rewards programs that support business goals and growth objectives.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing compensation programs, policies, and governance.
  • Experience in managing benefits and retirement programs.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, statistical, and conceptual skills.
  • Creative problem solver with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Robust business acumen and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing capabilities.
  • Inclusive thinker with experience in developing global compensation and Total Rewards programs.
  • High emotional intelligence and change leadership skills.
  • Proficient in both written and verbal English communication, essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues.
