The Sales Compensation and Incentives Specialist is tasked with enhancing sales performance through effective management of incentive programs across various product lines. This role involves measuring participant sales and communicating outcomes, which are vital to driving optimal employee performance. The specialist will provide direct support for incentive initiatives, including the Charged Up employee incentive program, commissions, customer referrals, franchise incentives, and contractor spiff programs, all while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with field personnel to promote a culture centered around incentives and lead generation for all products.
  • Collaborate regularly with the Sales Support Sales Effectiveness Lead to oversee back-office operations of the Charged Up platform.
  • Prepare Health & Safety presentations for weekly Sales & Marketing meetings.
  • Work closely with management to ensure full implementation of incentive programs across the Charged Up organization.
  • Provide web platform support, including user account management and password resets for corporate users.
  • Deliver and sustain training programs for non-customer-facing employees and field staff, with potential travel required.
  • Offer comprehensive training to support field staff, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee program vendors, manage web platform modifications, and handle merchandising redemption.
  • Administer funding against budget, maintaining escrow accounts effectively.
  • Calculate and manage EMC Commission and Contractor Spiff programs, ensuring timely processing of compensation invoices.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in a sales role.
  • Strong understanding of the HVAC industry.
  • Ability to inspire and guide staff to achieve or surpass targets.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • Solid technical and computer skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities.
  • Proven commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  • Adept at working under pressure while meeting deadlines and financial objectives.
