The Sales Compensation and Incentives Specialist is tasked with enhancing sales behaviors associated with all relevant product lines. Monitoring participant sales metrics and effectively communicating outcomes are crucial elements of this position. This role is designed to challenge and cultivate employees' skills and capabilities to achieve optimal performance outcomes. The Specialist will provide direct support for the Charged Up (Employee Incentive Program), commissions, customer referrals, franchise incentives, and contractor spiff programs while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with field personnel to promote a culture centered around incentives and the lead generation process for all products.
  • Regularly coordinate with the Sales Support Sales Effectiveness Lead regarding all back-office operations of the Charged Up platform.
  • Prepare Health & Safety presentations for Weekly Sales & Marketing meetings.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure full implementation across the Charged Up organization.
  • Provide web platform support, including user creation, editing, and password resets for corporate users.
  • Deliver and maintain training programs for non-customer-facing employees and field staff, with potential travel requirements.
  • Offer detailed training to support field staff, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee program vendors, manage web platform modifications, and handle merchandising redemption.
  • Administer all funding versus budget, maintaining escrow accounts.
  • Calculate and manage EMC Commission & Contractor Spiff programs, including the processing of compensation invoices on schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in a sales role.
  • Strong understanding of the HVAC industry.
  • Ability to inspire and direct staff to meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • Solid foundation of technical and computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Outstanding analytical skills.
  • Proven commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  • Adept at working under pressure to meet deadlines, productivity, and financial goals.
