About the Team and Role:

As a Lead Product Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and data analysts, to develop and launch impactful products. This position offers the opportunity to influence strategic decisions and collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape the future of our product offerings.

You will be responsible for overseeing the development of our platform, focusing on enhancing user experiences and integrating advanced technologies that meet the demands of modern recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive product vision and strategy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment focused on delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.
  • Navigate project complexities and dependencies with a structured approach to ensure successful product outcomes.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product development priorities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define, build, and launch new features and products.
  • Establish clear objectives and key performance indicators to measure product success and guide future enhancements.
  • Utilize both qualitative and quantitative data to analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Availability for meetings during standard coordination hours.
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate strategies effectively across various audiences.
  • Experience in developing API products and enhancing user experiences for developers.
  • Proficient in leveraging data to inform decision-making processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A genuine interest in technology and innovation.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in engineering roles prior to transitioning into Product Management.
