- You possess excellent English communication skills, both orally and in writing. Bilingual (English/French)? An asset for those with strong abilities to communicate clearly in both official languages.
- Previous experience in the telecommunications and/or broadcasting industry, particularly with customer complaints, is advantageous.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced business analyst with a strong capability to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes and develop strategies for enhancement, employing critical thinking, decision-making skills, and a systematic approach to problem-solving. They are excellent communicators who can clearly review, analyze, and summarize complex information to make recommendations for process improvements.
