We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting and Financial Administrator to join our team at WinAir. As a key member of our Administration team, you will be responsible for recording and managing the company's financial transactions related to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Receivable: Prepare and send invoices to clients, process and manage incoming payments, and monitor accounts to ensure timely payments.
  • Accounts Payable: Review and process vendor invoices, ensure timely and accurate payment of bills.
  • Payroll: Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time, maintain payroll records, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary education in accounting.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in accounting administration is preferred.
  • Skills: Solid computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with Quickbooks Online or another accounting system, experience with ADP Workforce Now or another payroll system, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, high organizational skills with attention to details, strong multi-tasking capability and time management skills, superb communication skills, both verbal and written.
