Job Summary

High Grade IT Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization's financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign financial projects and activities to workers to improve business decisions
  • Coordinate financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Investigate compliance issues and implement corrective actions
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure financial stability
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives
  • Review budgets and financial reports for specific projects to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Design and manage investment strategies to maximize returns
  • Monitor financial control systems to prevent errors and irregularities
  • Manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and financial integrity
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data to inform business decisions
  • Oversee the preparation of reports to provide insights and recommendations
  • Advise senior management on financial matters to ensure informed decision-making
  • Maintain accurate financial records and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Oversee payroll administration to ensure timely and accurate payments
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 30 hours per week
