We are seeking a skilled Business Advisor to join our team at Cornwall Voluntary Sector Forum. As a Business Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering support to individuals and businesses in Cornwall, specifically third sector organisations including social enterprises, community interest companies, voluntary and charitable organisations, under our Outset brand, in partnership with the Cornwall & Isles of Scilly Growth Hub and Cornwall Council's Good Growth Programme.

Key Responsibilities
-------------------

* Provide expert business advice and guidance to clients, helping them to sustain or grow their businesses
* Develop and deliver workshops and training sessions to support business growth and development
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure effective delivery of services
* Stay up-to-date with market trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to provide informed advice to clients

Requirements
------------

* Strong business and third sector expertise, with a proven track record of delivering business support services
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and location
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
