We are seeking a skilled Business Advisor to join our team at Cornwall Voluntary Sector Forum. As a Business Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering support to individuals and businesses in Cornwall, specifically third sector organisations including social enterprises, community interest companies, voluntary and charitable organisations, under our Outset brand, in partnership with the Cornwall & Isles of Scilly Growth Hub and Cornwall Council's Good Growth Programme.

Key Responsibilities
-------------------

* Provide expert business advice and guidance to clients, helping them to sustain or grow their businesses
* Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops to equip clients with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed
* Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure effective delivery of services
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform your advice and guidance

Requirements
------------

* Strong business and third sector expertise, with a proven track record of delivering results
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a range of clients and stakeholders
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
