We are seeking a skilled Business Advisor to join our team at Cornwall Voluntary Sector Forum. As a Business Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering support to individuals and businesses in Cornwall, specifically third sector organisations including social enterprises, community interest companies, voluntary and charitable organisations, under our Outset brand, in partnership with the Cornwall & Isles of Scilly Growth Hub and Cornwall Council's Good Growth Programme.

Key Responsibilities
-------------------

* Provide expert business advice and guidance to clients, helping them to develop and grow their businesses
* Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and goals, and develop tailored support plans to help them achieve success
* Deliver a range of sessions and workshops, both online and face-to-face, to help clients develop the skills and knowledge they need to sustain or grow their businesses
* Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure effective delivery of support services

Requirements
------------

* Strong business, third sector, and functional expertise, with a proven ability to engage groups and individuals and convey knowledge effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
