Senior Director – Product Management

Holt Executive Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director – Product Management to lead the development and execution of our product strategy and roadmap. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering innovative products and services that meet the needs of our global satellite and space customers.
Key Responsibilities- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer challenges, and new growth opportunities in the satellite communications industry.
- Customer Engagement: Engage directly with enterprise and government clients to gather actionable insights, validate product concepts, and refine offerings based on real-world needs.
- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute a visionary product strategy that aligns with the company's mission and growth objectives, driving innovation and market leadership in the satellite communications sector.
- Product Development Lifecycle: Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept through market launch, ensuring agility, rapid iteration, and overall profitability.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performance, agile product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Clearly communicate product plans, progress, and performance metrics to all relevant stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage the product budget, making strategic decisions to optimize resource allocation and ensure financial sustainability.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all product offerings comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards, with a particular focus on satellite communications and government contracts.
- Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in the telecom sector serving enterprise and government markets.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, telecommunications, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Skills: Proven ability to manage and deliver innovative product solutions in a fast-paced, growth company setting. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
- Language: Fluent in English.
- Authorization: Authorized to work in Canada.
